By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product, representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

If payment has already been made or if your account has already been made or if your account has already been changed for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to our Return Policy mentioned.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Though the sizes mentioned with the products are strictly adhered to but there can be variation felt by customer between 2.54 – 12.7 cm as the way/placement of measurement of the garments can be different.
